Thanks to SGregory and others from xda-developers, the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 Standard custom ROM is released. The WM6.5 files are extracted from the emulator as currently HTC seemed to be focusing on PDA devices that they sort of neglected smartphones. For HTC Tornado users, my guide has been updated and you can get the ROM now.
Let's flash the ROM

Windows Mobile 6.5 also features a new File Explorer and Widget installer
Overall, the ROM seems to be much faster and more responsive.
