Today, I had the chance to try rock climbing once again after close to 10 years since the last time I climbed on a bouldering wall. The last time I climbed, it was at Summit USJ and back then, I could easily pull myself up as I was quite 'light' relatively compared to how heavy I am right now.

I went to Camp 5 with my aunt. Since she is a frequent climber, I did not have to rent anything except for the shoes.

The last time I climbed, I was afraid of height and dared not look down when I was up there. This time, I was not not afraid of the height as most of the time, I struggling to pull myself up. Here is a video of me climbing up one of the tracks with auto belayer.

I guess I have 'wrecked' up most of my muscles today. I can only imagine my whole body to be in pain tomorow morning when I wake up.
