Not long ago, my friend gave me his Pentium 3 PC after I helped him to buy and assemble his Core 2 Duo rig. So I decided to put in my room and let my brother use it since I already got my own PC. But the problem is the Pentium 3 casing looks f-ugly. So I decided to give it a face lift up using my previous casing which looks much better
On the left is the PC I got, on the right is my previous casing, so there goes the transplant
So first of all, i'm going to open up the 'body' (casing), perform some dissection, and take out all the 'organs' (hardwares)
Next picture, showing the PC with all the internal organs, do not proceed if you can't stand blood or organs (wires and hardwares). Nah, just joking
So I begun taking out all the internal organs (hardware), put it on a table, and later transplanted it on a new body. For more pictures, click Read More

The metal thingy is the I/O shield, then there are some cables and motherboard

The new body

Started off by putting the heart in which will supply oxygen (Power supply that will supply current, and followed by other organs. And it's done. Operation took 1 hour
