What a way to begin the day

It's Friday, a day which I do not have any class at all, supposed to be a day off from the 4 long study days, usually Friday would be wasted by not doing anything at all, so today I thought I should go to college to the library to recap on what I have learned for the past 1 month. Messaged Elaine the day before that she could follow me to college.

The journey was like any other journey, used the LDP highway, cruised smoothly along the highway till I reached the Sunway toll booth, scanned the Touch 'N' Go and moved another 50 metres as the road became a bottleneck, I was using my left foot to control the clutch so it doesn't stall till I accidentaly let it off, and the engine came to a halt, and so is the car.

I tried to start the car again, but it just wouldn't start, I immediately turned on the hazard light while waving my hand to the car at the back to moved on. He seems to pissed and I could see from his mouth, he said "F*** you".

I attemped few more times to start the engine, but it seems like the battery had died. So it seems like there's nothing I could do, I called my dad, woke him up from his sleep and told him of my predicament, he said he would come at once. I knew it would take sometime and I won't just sit there doing nothing.

I called my aunt who was staying at Puchong and asked her to come to send Elaine and my brother to college and asked her for LDP hotline. Then I called the hotline.

Hotline : Selamat pagi, LDP

Me : Hello, LDP, saya punya kereta sudah mati engine

Hotline : Itu Toyota kat bawah jambatan ka?

Me : Ya ya

Hotline : Ok, saya hantar ronda sekarang (sekarang = 30 mins)

While waiting for my aunt and the ronda to come, cars were overtaking me while giving me that 'look', I was hoping they banged into another car infront of them while looking. Then Elaine friend called her and said "Eh, I saw you in the car...." Then Denesh messaged me "car stop dy ke bro". Ya la car stop dy, why didn't offer any assistance

We waited for around 30 mins before the tow truck reached, the tow truck was 'announcing' it's arrival by blaring the siren and honk, after identifying the culprit being the dead battery, they towed the car and jump started the car (jump start only works on manual trannsmission, 'luckily' I was driving one). Meanwhile, Elaine and my brother hopped into my aunt's car.

And when did all these happened? On 8/8/08 - 8.08 a.m.

Once the car was running again, the tow truck left me at the road side, and then I saw Frankie Foo stopping by the road side to see if he could offer any help. The car was running, so I just followed his car and parked inside the college, hoping that the engine would not stalled anymore because the car would not start anymore. Managed to park and now I'm just waiting for my dad to come. But anyway Frankie, I appreciate you for trying to help, though there's nothing that could be done.
