I just found out that one of the legends in rally racing, Collin Mcrae has died in a helicopter crash. Isn't it ironic? For someone who faced death each time he raced, but he died in a helicopter crash instead. The guys were quick at updating Wikipedia on his death. I came to know this legendary driver through the PC game, Colly Mcrae Rally. I wanted to buy that game, but in the end, I didn't because I bought Need for Speed instead.
Apart from that, there was another aviation disaster. A plane crashed in Phuket, Thailand killing 74 people. Apparently, the plane was having difficulty to land due to the bad weather. I heard this quote somewhere - "Airplane disasters are rare, but when they happen, they are catastrophic" Read more here.
Enough with the sad news, good news for Ferrari fans - a Ferrari 1-2 finish at Spa. Well, I have to admit, it was yet another boring race. Apart from the first corner, the rest was just normal. Drivers no longer dare to drive aggresively because of the new engine rules where the engines must last for 2 races. I still like the old days, where there are no engine rules and a team even change 3 engines in a weekend. That time, those cars were running at 110% of their engines capabilities. Those days, their cars were running V10 which can rev up to a staggering 22,000 rotations per minute compared to the V8 engines used in F1 nowadays which can only rev up to 18,000 rpm.
Now, for some laughter, Starbucks have decided to open a new branch in the Nothern region, a localized Starbucks. Check it out
Setarbak Kopi
Nah, just kidding, it is not a Starbucks branch, just some Starbucks-wanna-be kopitiam. Guess what's in their menu? Kopi Ais Kisar? It doesn't matter, hopefully there is WiFi access so I can go online with my smartphone.
Well, that is just one. Next, we have Oral-B imitation found in Giant Kelana Jaya.
Oral Me
Now, for the crazy news, do you know how crazy Malaysians are over delicious chicken wings at steamboat? Check out these videos taken at Yuen's Steambot at Subang

Apparently the people there are so kiasu, if you think you can spit in it so that no one but you can have the entire tray of chickens, you are wrong. If you do that, most probably the rest will follow suit. So no one gets it. Yea, that is how kiasu Malaysians are over food in buffet. But you really got to try the chickens, those people are just not kiasu for no reasons, the chickens there are seriously delicious.
